I have been working in the butchering trade since the age of 16, starting as a Saturday boy, and over the years learning the skills required to become a butcher and a business owner. Now at the age of 24, with 8 years trade experience, I finally swallowed my fears, bit the bullet and opened up my own store. The flourishing business and amazing customer support has proven to me that I have made the right decision. All of the literal blood, sweat and tears put into building and designing the shop have really paid off.
